Refund & Return Policy

All our products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. As each item is handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to process returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely want to resolve it.

Here's what to do:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment
- Attach a video clearly showing the issue
- Include your order number in the message

Please note: Claims submitted after 3 days or without video proof cannot be processed under any circumstances.

What Happens Next:
Once we receive your claim with the required video proof and order number, our team will review it within 2–3 business days. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Handmade Variations:
Since each product is handmade, minor variations in colour, size, shape, and texture are natural and expected. These are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects or eligible for claims.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
