Welcome to The Crochet Nest (thecrochetnest.in), operated by Knit Nest. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

Products:
All products sold on The Crochet Nest are handmade crochet items. Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- Minor variations in colour, size, shape, and texture are natural and expected.
- Product photos are representative. The actual product may vary slightly from the images shown.
- These variations are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Pricing:
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order placement will be honoured.

Orders:
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing, or if the product is out of stock.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations:
As each item is handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to process returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment with video proof and your order number. Claims submitted after 3 days or without video proof cannot be processed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via India Post. Standard delivery takes 5–6 business days. Shipping charges apply based on package size; orders above ₹2,999 qualify for free shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property:
All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, designs, and branding — is the property of The Crochet Nest / Knit Nest and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability:
The Crochet Nest shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers (India Post)
- Damage during transit (please contact us within 3 days for resolution)
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products

Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
